PrevailMart began as a single grocery store in Mazowe. We still pick every order off those shelves by hand — we just deliver it now, anywhere in Zimbabwe.
What we stand for
Inspected before it leaves
Every order is checked by hand at the branch. If something arrives below standard, we replace it or refund it — no receipt argument.
Stocked from local suppliers
We buy produce and staples from Zimbabwean growers and brands wherever we can, which keeps it fresher and keeps the money closer to home.
The shelf price is the price
Prices include VAT. Delivery is quoted up front at checkout. There is no line on your total that you did not see coming.
A person answers the phone
Our support team works out of the Mazowe branch — the same people who pack the orders, so they can actually tell you where yours is.
How delivery works
Step 1: You order online
Build your basket and choose a delivery window at checkout. Pay by EcoCash, OneMoney, card, or cash when the driver arrives.Step 2: We pick it off the shelf
Our team walks the aisles with your list. Chilled and frozen items are pulled last so they spend the least possible time out of the cold.Step 3: It goes out with a driver
You get a tracking number by SMS and email. Cold items travel in temperature-controlled vehicles; eggs and glass get extra packing.Step 4: The driver calls ahead
You will hear from them 15–30 minutes out. Check the order at the door — if anything is wrong, tell the driver and we sort it there and then.
